Our UNS N08120 pipes feature a specialized chemistry enriched with Niobium (Nb) and nitrogen, offering superior resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation compared to traditional 800-series alloys. Ideal for chemical processing, power generation, and ethylene furnace components, these pipes are virtually immune to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. Through advanced cold-drawing and vacuum annealing, Tengqi ensures every pipe maintains tight dimensional tolerances and a high-integrity surface finish, backed by rigorous Third-Party Inspection (TPI) approvals.
Seamless Nickel Alloy N08120 Pipe (N08120 / UNS N08120 / W.Nr. —) is an alloy with high creep strength and resistance to coal-ash and sulfidation attack. Manufactured by Tengqi in Fujian, China, every heat is fully traceable, hydro-tested and available with third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) on request.
