Our Alloy 20 pipes, often referred to as Carpenter 20, are stabilized with Niobium to minimize carbide precipitation during welding, ensuring superior intergranular corrosion resistance without the need for post-weld heat treatment. With additions of copper and molybdenum, these pipes provide exceptional durability in chemical processing, pharmaceutical production, and marine environments involving phosphoric and nitric acids. Through advanced cold-drawing and rigorous quality testing, Tengqi ensures every pipe meets tight dimensional tolerances and global certification requirements.
Seamless Nickel Alloy 20 Pipes(UNS N08020) (Alloy20 / UNS N08020 / W.Nr. 2.4660) is a niobium-stabilized austenitic alloy resisting sulfuric acid and chloride stress corrosion. Manufactured by Tengqi in Fujian, China, every heat is fully traceable, hydro-tested and available with third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) on request.
