Our Nickel 200 seamless pipes are renowned for their outstanding thermal and electrical conductivity, as well as their unique magnetostrictive properties. These pipes maintain excellent mechanical properties from cryogenic temperatures up to 315°C (600°F), making them indispensable for chemical processing, synthetic fiber production, and aerospace engineering. Through advanced cold-drawing and vacuum annealing, Tengqi ensures every pipe offers superior dimensional accuracy and a high-purity surface finish to withstand the most aggressive industrial environments.
SeamlessNickel 200 Pipe (UNS N02200) (Nickel200 / UNS N02200 / W.Nr. 2.4060) is commercially pure nickel with high thermal and electrical conductivity and outstanding caustic resistance. Manufactured by Tengqi in Fujian, China, every heat is fully traceable, hydro-tested and available with third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) on request.
