Seamless 254SMO/31254 |UNS S31254|1.4547 Stainless Steel Pipe
With a high Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN ≥ 42.5), our 254SMO seamless pipes outperform standard 316L and 904L grades in aggressive environments such as seawater, pulp and paper bleaching plants, and flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems. The high nitrogen content provides mechanical strength nearly double that of conventional 300-series stainless steels, enabling lighter, high-pressure designs without compromising structural integrity. Through advanced cold-drawing and specialized solution annealing, ensures uniform wall thickness and a high-integrity surface finish for mission-critical industrial infrastructure.

Seamless254SMO/31254 Stainless Steel Pipe (254SMO / UNS S31254 / W.Nr. 1.4547) is a 6% Mo super-austenitic grade with a PREN above 42 for seawater and chloride service. Manufactured by Tengqi in Fujian, China, every heat is fully traceable, hydro-tested and available with third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) on request.
