Distinguished by the strategic addition of Rare Earth Metals (Cerium) and a high Silicon (Si) content, our 253MA tubing develops a tenacious, slow-growing oxide scale that ensures exceptional resistance to oxidation and isothermal scaling at temperatures up to 1150°C (2102°F). Compared to standard stainless steels, 253MA offers significantly higher creep-rupture strength, making it indispensable for mission-critical applications in boiler baffles, furnace components, and exhaust manifolds. Through advanced cold-drawing and specialized solution annealing, Tengqi ensures every tube maintains a uniform microstructure and high-integrity surface finish.
Seamless Stainless Steel 253Ma Tube (253MA / UNS S30815 / W.Nr. 1.4835) is a rare-earth and nitrogen alloyed heat-resistant grade with outstanding oxidation resistance. Manufactured by Tengqi in Fujian, China, every heat is fully traceable, hydro-tested and available with third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) on request.
