Monel 400 |UNS N04400|2.4360 Seamless Tube
Our Monel 400 tubes are renowned for their outstanding resistance to sea water, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, and alkalies, making them indispensable for marine engineering and chemical processing. These seamless pipes maintain excellent mechanical properties from sub-zero temperatures up to 550°C (1020°F). Through advanced cold-drawing and rigorous quality assurance, Tengqi ensures every tube offers superior structural integrity and leak-proof reliability for high-pressure heat exchangers and oil & gas applications.
Note: Monel 400 is slightly magnetic at room temperature, making it suitable for specific industrial applications where Curie temperature properties are considered.
SeamlessMonel 400 Tube (Monel400 / UNS N04400 / W.Nr. 2.4360) is a nickel-copper alloy with exceptional resistance to seawater and hydrofluoric acid. Manufactured by Tengqi in Fujian, China, every heat is fully traceable, hydro-tested and available with third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) on request.
