Compared to Alloy C276, Hastelloy C22 provides enhanced protection against oxidizing aqueous media, including wet chlorine and solutions containing nitric acid or oxidizing acids with chlorine ions. Our C22 seamless pipes are indispensable for pollution control, flue gas desulfurization (FGD), and pharmaceutical chemical processing. Through advanced cold-drawing and vacuum annealing, Tengqi ensures every pipe maintains tight dimensional tolerances and a high-integrity surface finish, delivering maximum durability for the most aggressive industrial environments.
SeamlessHastelloy C22 Pipe (HastelloyC22 / UNS N06022 / W.Nr. 2.4602) is a Ni-Cr-Mo alloy with superior resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in mixed acid service. Manufactured by Tengqi in Fujian, China, every heat is fully traceable, hydro-tested and available with third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) on request.
