Our Hastelloy B3 seamless pipes feature superior thermal stability compared to its predecessor, Alloy B2, significantly reducing the risk of embrittlement during welding and heat treatment. These pipes offer outstanding protection against stress-corrosion cracking (SCC), pitting, and knife-line attack in chemical processing environments involving sulfuric, phosphoric, and acetic acids. Through advanced cold-drawing and vacuum annealing, Tengqi ensures every pipe maintains tight dimensional tolerances and a high-integrity surface finish for the most demanding corrosive applications.

SeamlessHastelloy B3 pipe (HastelloyB3 / UNS N10675 / W.Nr. 2.4600) is an improved Ni-Mo alloy with better fabricability and thermal stability than B2. Manufactured by Tengqi in Fujian, China, every heat is fully traceable, hydro-tested and available with third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) on request.
