Incoloy 825 |UNS N08825|2.4858 Seamless Pipe
Our Incoloy 825 pipes are stabilized with Titanium to inhibit intergranular corrosion and provide superior protection against chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and pitting in sulfuric and phosphoric acid environments. We offer a comprehensive size range from 1/2” to 12” NPS and wall thicknesses from SCH 10 to SCH 80. Through advanced cold-drawing and vacuum annealing, we ensures every pipe delivers the structural integrity required for chemical processing, pollution control, and offshore oil & gas applications.
SeamlessIncoloy 825 Pipe (Incoloy825 / UNS N08825 / W.Nr. 2.4858) is a titanium-stabilized Ni-Fe-Cr-Mo-Cu alloy for sulfuric and phosphoric acid service. Manufactured by Tengqi in Fujian, China, every heat is fully traceable, hydro-tested and available with third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) on request.
