Our S32205 (SAF 2205) tubes feature a high Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN ≥ 35), offering outstanding protection against chloride pitting and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in harsh environments. With a yield strength approximately double that of conventional austenitic stainless steels, these tubes enable lighter wall designs and enhanced pressure ratings in heat exchangers, offshore platforms, and chemical processing plants. Through advanced cold-drawing and precise solution annealing, Tengqi ensures every tube maintains optimal phase balance and a high-integrity surface finish for long-term industrial reliability.

Seamless Duplex Steel UNS S32205 Tube (S32205 / UNS S32205 / W.Nr. 1.4462) is the enhanced 2205 duplex grade with higher chromium, nitrogen and molybdenum for offshore duty. Manufactured by Tengqi in Fujian, China, every heat is fully traceable, hydro-tested and available with third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) on request.
